DELIVERY TERMS & SHIPPING
Upon receipt of an order and confirmation of payment in full, allow for 2 to 3 working days for the processing of your order. Local customers have the option to collect their order directly from our studio in Cape Town – please select the Local Collection option which becomes available during checkout.

We offer a flat shipping rate of R99 throughout South Africa for all orders under R900.

Free delivery is offered on all orders over R900.

To ensure accurate invoicing and avoid delays in delivery please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address and contact details.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new product. However, if there is anything you are unhappy with, you may contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange – provided the original item is unworn and undamaged, and still in its original packaging. Please contact us at ghilian@illucid.co.za and state the reason for your return. Delivery charges are non-refundable, the customer will also be responsible for the return postage cost.

Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults but not misuse, we will replace the item in question within 15 days of purchase. You will need to take a picture of the item and email it to ghilian@illucid.co.za

Any items ordered in the incorrect size may be exchanged, however, it is the purchaser is responsible for the courier fees for the return and re-delivery of the items.

We do not accept any returns on custom items made in our studio.
CANCELLATION OF ODERS
Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be eligible for a product exchange or store credit. Illucid reserves the right to reduce or cancel the order if we are unable to fulfil the order in part or in whole. This may occur if stock is insufficient. The customer will then receive a full refund with no deductions.
